What began as a small booth at local farmers markets has grown into a vibrant food truck serving authentic bubble tea and Asian-inspired desserts in Central Louisiana.

Owner My Tra first introduced Boba Stop at farmers markets in Alexandria, Louisiana, sharing her love of bubble tea and specialty desserts with the community. As customers returned week after week, it became clear there was strong interest in these unique flavors. The experience sparked a bigger vision—bringing Boba Stop on the road through a food truck.

Today, Boba Stop serves authentic bubble teas, coffees, smoothies, and slushies alongside desserts such as French macarons, taiyaki, and ube-flavored treats. The food truck continues to bring new flavors and experiences to customers across Central Louisiana.
